Hi guys,

I need your opinion regarding the following case:
2-3 weeks ago i purchased through the trade system on the page a pair of US ELite ACC Guns lvl 61 for 350 olives (i know a bit too much but thats not the point here).
I received my sailors the day after the purchase. After loging in NF to play i noticed that the sailors that were transfered to my account were not similar to the ones that i purchased.
The sailors were a pair of US Elite Rel gunners at lvl 65. I was a bit confused about this at first so i decided to sent an ticket to support in order to rectify this mistake. 
The only replied i got from them was sorry this are the same sailors as the ones you purchased. this is what you get and case is close.
Obviously i am not satisfied with this outcome of events. I purchased specifically this sailors because they were acc gunners if i wanted to buy a pair of reload guns i would have done so in the first place.
I sent in another ticket last week but i havent got any kind of reply from SDe regarding this issue. 

If we are to spent real money on buying sailors then we should get what we purchase and not what is available.
The transaction shouldn't have went through because the sailors were modified and were not the same ones as the ones presented in the sellers post (pics were included of the sailors).
Also, the fact that its been almost 3 weeks now and i am still waiting to get any kind of reply from the mods or however is behind the support tickects its unacceptable.
At least let me know if you are planning to refund me and remove the sailors from my account or if i am going to get some sort of compensation.

I would like to know the opinion of the community regarding this kind of issues.

if you have screenshoots of the previous transaction, when the sailors were on sale with the proper screenshoots, take them and then take screenshoots of your gunners, but i dont know if this is going to help much. Or the only thing you can do is to get in contact with the seller, but im also not sure if this is going to help in anything. Good Luck

thanks for the tips huberto. I already supplied our suppoprt crew here with all the information but i am still waiting.

What pisses me off most is that they are taking soooooooo f***ing long to reply.

No flaming or anything. But why do you need to ask the community about what to do? Can't you think on your own?

You already answered your thread, I think, this is the main reason why you posted this is you wanted to ask the community about what to do with the slow response time or you wanted to tell the community that you are crying over spilled milk.

There are a lot of things to do to get your 350olives back which btw is not expensive and not cheap for what you got. You can sell it, delete it, level it then trade it.

This is what happens when there is too much spoon feeding. You are very lucky that SDE never placed a permanent bug on your account due to this premium trade and all you ever see as their reply is we are so sorry. ^^

I think the point of asking the community is as much to create a big enough thread as possible, to draw SDE's attention, as it is about advice. Maybe somebody out there resolved a similar situation and has some advice.

have you tried looking in the sold section of the olive trade and find who you bought them from then take a pic and send it to them and be like here see that's my suggestion

Starting a distasteful comment with a disclaimer, does not make it O.K. Asking for advice is what forums are for.

In one post you have belittled him for no reason.
