I think it might automatically cash them out, but if you can do it to be safe I would recommend that.

I think we lost the last 18 days. What is worse, the next week is already flagged as "received" - without any olives gotten.

Yeah sure, at 3 am European time.

They could have done this some days earlier, you know.

OK, these olives are free, but is SDE saying that they don't give a **** for those free things, and for the people getting them? That is indeed shoddy customer service.

This is a cock-up, and the last point to prove this is that the next 7 days are already marked "olive received" on my attendance calendar, without any olives received.
