Why do you need one?

SDE just had an event where you could change the nation of one BO (and only that one BO).

Since a BO reset costs 20$USD, maybe SDE should implement the ability to Nation Reset(since the GM's obviously have the ability to do it seeing from the event) for like $30-40USD. Would be a good money maker for SDE I'm sure, and people are able to now buy crews with the Olive system.

I have a Level 14 RN Bridge Operator that I don't know what to do with; and, I am thinking about branching out to other nationalities for other Warships Designs.

Keep the level 14 BO. You will find a use for him eventually.

You would not want to waste a notion reset or a $20 BO reset on a level 14 anyway. It only takes a couple hours to train up another one anyway.

It would be game breaking. Think, US ability pilots on non +2 nation CV's. Think, UK repairers on other nations.

Nations are there for a reason. If you want a new nation in, play that new nation. They are meant to be played through properly.

Once you own some sailors above level 60, you will understand abilities a little better.
