Make crews weigh less on FFDDCLCA like they do on SS,obviously the numbers would have to be tweaked,and maybe some ship displacements modified,but this would be a nice thing for people who like to use lower level ships but can't fit their high lvl crews on.

rather than changing something that is already balanced, how bout we add high level, high displacement DDCLCA like the MP?

I wrestled with this idea a bit as I'd love some of my favorite small ships to have more use. But then, when I thought it through, what would the effects on a GB be? AA ships with the firepower to withstand multiple BB hits and would take multiple trips for CVs to sink? I could see a DD being able to take more than one torp and retain the fast firing guns, but that's really about it.

The problem with this idea is that the PCAs in particular would be way too strong.
