  • check attendance problem

everytime i go to check my attendance and click on the "recieve olive" to input the code it keeps refeshing the page everytime i click it so i cant put the code in. any suggestions?

this should be in technical support.

make sure you entered the code right. I think SDE made it so the code IS case sensitive. I don't know much, but maybe you should try it on a different browser, and see if that makes a difference.

true you should send in ticket, and the code is not case sensitive, already... if problem persist try different browser...

are you clicking the "submit" button or just hitting "enter" on your keyboard?

it might automatically trip the "refresh" button if you do the later.

also beware the infamous "O0" trap >.>
