  • Did the sailor death rate go up?

I was playing blitzkrieg today and a mogami CA hit me with 2 shells and i lost 2 vets 5 experts and 32 recruits just from that. Did they do something with the sailor death rate or is it just me?
I took a screenshot of it after the battle:

Yep, that sucks.

You might want to try the CV Heavy engine in your PE.

It wont cut down on sailor deaths but you will be faster and maybe avoid getting hit as much.

I'll try that. Hopefully they'll fix this though soon.

Something like this happened to me earlier this week. 3 salvos hit me from a New Mex, each one killing 5+ sailors, a mix of vets, experts, and rookies.

You just don't know what the rate was in the first place, so when you think you see a drastic change, it is really just a common thing that happens.
