Not to be rude, but this is the American server. Most people at 11:50PM are sleeping. I am EST time, so add 3 hours to that, that is 2:50am, almost 3am. I know the server is dying, but come on, you want people on at 3am? Just saying, I doubt this will help your cause of trying to get a server transfer. Look at the time, and SDE will say the same thing.

Granted, regardless the time or day, only 1 tile being used sucks. However, using one specific time on one specific day is by no standards a reliable way to determine whether or not the activity of a server is generally low and needs to be looked in to. Especially when that picture is taken at midnight PST (3am EST, 8-10am EU etc etc).

Just think, in a couple more months, they won't have to worry about server capacity when they merge the servers.
