Since we have 6 nations and 1 more coming to choose from now, I think it would be good if we could hold more than 50 crew per account.
Right now you can have 3-BB/CV 6 crews with a few to spare.  I feel it would be great for all players if we could have 4-5 crews out of a total of 7 nations.
Maybe you could put this up for a vote to see what people think.

We've been told for years that it was tried on the Korea server and seriously screws the game up, no that it isnt now.

True we have HQ. But it would be nice if you could have your ships set up and ready to go without having to spend the time swapping them out. That's all I am saying

Your right about the game being screwed up now, so I don't see how having more sailors out of HQ can hurt anymore.

The issue has to do with the memory allocated for each player's account.

you can put normal ships loaded with crew into your HQ and take them out preloaded. What people are asking for is to put prem and event ships in the HQ.

It seems to me that you guys need to be assigning Unused Sailors to Ship Slots & Support Slots in your Harbors.
This will allow Players to have access for more Nationalities.
Of course, this perspective assumes that the 50 Sailor Limit applies only to the Number Of Sailors in the Unassigned Slots.

It isnt your perspective. It is actual fact. You can only have 50 sailors total (on and off the ship). Any additional sailors most be stored in the HQ, where you can have up to 10 pages of 24 slots.
