My setup:


1 scout 1 rest 2 rep 2 engy

crew is lvl 86+ with gunners lvl 100.
Speed is fine, 27/44 for like 40 seconds long. Good accuracy.
Armour also good, can take some torps, and belt also good.
Just a combination of speed, firepower, and armour.


but.. Speed is life.
But u should also have a little armour because if u have no armour any torp can kill ya.

Your setup is good as far as I see. Not sure bout the engine since i don't remember all of them but sounds good.

I think your problem is more about knowing when to rush and when to hold for a better opportunity. Also depending on your crew level and quality, it affects your survivability. More OH time = more time to retrear after the rush, more SD = better ability to take damage and still keep your OH able, better rep = getting back in the action faster.

There are no miracle solution about knowing how to rush. Look for scouts to identify a blind target and confirm the target status by looking for a sign in its moving its blind, engage a distracted enemy and always make sure the target is somewhat isolated.

No veteran player can rush and kill 3 BB345 with a sodak unless they are really blind AND really idiot.

Also that first shot is the most important one. After that the surprise is gone and its skill vs skill. Better have taken the advantage don't you think?
