Last week there was an attack on a harbour and shortly after starting the HA, the fleetleader of the attacking fleet left the game leaving their fleetmates and the defender fleet stuck on the HA without chance to cancell it. I suggest to add an auto cancel function where if attackers fails to create a room in 10/15 minutes the HA ends. I consider a total lack of respect and a big time lost to leave fleetmates and defending fleet on a HA where the attacking fleet has ended to attack due to the lack of the fleet leader.

good suggestion, just have to check that the HA doesn't cancel itself due to those pesky NF bugs. +1

This is an interesting suggestion, however, I removed the parts that singled out fleets and players so this doesn't turn into a flame and blame post. Let's concentrate on the suggestion.

i remember one ha some months ago where the attacking fleet was litterally waiting an hour before opening any tiles..... +1

Its been suggested for a long time. It should auto cancel if:-

a) A tile has not been taken in 45 minutes

b) No rooms have been made in 10 minutes AND there are no ongoing rooms

c) Should cancel if the attack doesn't have access to the harbour tile by 1 hour 30.

Except from b) I do not agree with the other statements because a small fleet must have the chance to practice HA no matter if they win a tile or not in 45 minutes and even if they have not reached the harbour tile in 1:30. I know it's a boring sometimes for the defenders to battle against small fleets that have no chance whatsoever to reach the harbour, but we must try to let small fleets have the chance to play HA and it's even useful for deffenders fleet to train their new members. This suggestion was based on a recent HA where the attacker fleetleader left the game shortly after start, leaving their fleetmembers on her own without chance to cancel the attack.

What about harbor tiles? they commonly run more then 45 mins.

Hes suggesting all 3 are implemented on top of each other. Read B and C.

if any of the three conditions are met the harbor assault will be cancelled.
