Basicly have a free week of prem or something along thoes line for NEW Accounts playing on Kaiser Only. Not sure if that would be hard to do but this would help bring in any (if there are any) new players to kaiser and help blanace the server populationwise. This should be stopped when kaiser and nebby are about the same population.

I wouldn't wish a new Kaiser account on my worst enemy. Face it Kaiser's condition is terminal.

well hey then lets just catch it on fire and watch it burn!!! People like you need to leave the community... Your a major part of nf's problem you just sit around and B!@#$ and do nothing to help. atleast try to think of something Kaiser isn't that bad and would be in good shape if we could start getting some new players.
