So why don't we add that. Add a manual ship limiter like how you can for normal rooms. Make capital ship number go up by 2s so its even. But you must have at least 14 BB spots, 2 CV spots, 2 SS spots, x amount of CL, etc etc so people don't abuse it.

This allows smart hosts to make rooms smaller during times where server activity is slow so rooms can start faster.
