Take out the cause of the problems, communication and not having a paid testing team in this instance.

Much like a illness, why bother with the effects when you can cure the actual infection?

I thought the cure was new mangement and more players but i suppose a paid testing team would help too. You still need new players to fix the issue of no one in the game.
