Italia ss2 are fun/great speed for ss2 30 knt underwater/30/36 knt up to water.
But then when reach ss3 all fun go down ss3 have like ss1 speed 25/29 underwater 25
with that ss cant play is not usable.sugestion to switch at least thier speeds, or upgrade ss3 (all speeds taken with uberbosted elite engeneer)

Solution:

Make Engineers, BVE with ubber amount of vets.  level 60-80. Problem solved.

Humberto i see u not try italia ss-try then talk
 I know u great ss driver, i am too not so new how u talking like just i start- have  2 ss5 and 4 ss 4 various nations,so i know ss 3 speed is not corect for italia ss3. try they -than usee  they are not playable sub
