Yeah I agree because i mean its really annoying. Also i would appreciate it if we could trade unclassed sailors again as a BO. Though i seem a bit lazy its really annoying having to keep on lvling a sailor for Bo everytime u want a ship. This would help me a lot. I already have a full BB crew except for a BO and all my ships are to high of a lvl to power lvl

Unclassed for BO trading is a no-no.

Throw the old level 12 neut limitation on there or something and we should be good to go.

Recommended. Selling neuts was troublesome when you need to level the said sailors first before being able to sell them.

I'm not even sure what the big deal is about trading neuts of any lvl.  Once they hit 25 (or 26 I can't remember which one as I just woke up) they can't be classed anyway.
