its probably a work of their firewall, that blocks your hop at 11-13 resulting failure to reach your designating pathping

Not sure what you are looking for or if you are having an issue

Dont see any P/L issues and while the pings are reasonable.

When I use VisualRoute I hit 69.65.112.26 and I get 10% - 40% packet loss every time.

Only when I'm hitting that, but 9 out of 10 it's having a really hard time reaching 211.43.149.201 that is right after. And mostly it says a firewall are blocking between.

Yes some routers will simply drop the ping request, sucks since its harder to see whats really going on.
I wish you could get a pathping to fully run as it does seen to show a better picture

I'll try to look into it and see if I can get a full trip.

**Update**
OMG retarded programs. 3 different tools are all showing 3 different IP's and copy/paste function are unaviable ofc. Never the less they all show that there are small package losts the closer it comes to the targeted server and mainly it all are on the second-last server and sometimes die out on the targeted server. I'll give up for now. Tired and hungry..

Normally 1 or 2 % packet loss should not cause a disconnect or a crash, even tho 0% is better a small amount
should not matter until the TTL is exceeded or if your response time is measured in full Sec and not "ms"

Ah but it's well over 5% total P/L when the connection don't acting up. When it's bad it's more around 10 - 15% and some times more. The major loss are the Server just before reaching destination target. That well exceed 30 - 40%. The other two only hit 2 - 3% and with hick-ups 4 - 5%, so it is not the worst and should be able to play somewhat stable whit that.
