That wouldn't be good either I used to play on Nebby and didnt like it quickly, In the past when they opened a new server they allowed some to transfer, I say just give that option I am sure some players from nebby would like to go to Kaiser. Plus that would free up rooms in nebby for events not to over fill.
Second I was playing on Nelson to help new players when it first opened, and when they merged us with Bismark, there was a huge lvl difference and many of the players quit playing and it didnt fix anything but make Kaiser a slightly bigger Bismark.
And it wasn't fun for awhile and thats when most Nelson people left because none of the Nelson fleets could compete, Bismark people had a lot better ships so it was an unfair match up.
I feel like the same would happen if Kaiser merged with the fleets at least because we have a lot less members than fleets in Nebby and it would make people who were thinking about leaving finally go or just make ppl give up on the game.
I wouldn't be saying this if I hadn't seen it before.
