Instead of vet convertion by tens its by ones. Ex:I type in 72 experts. I convert 8 vets. It would be the same probabilities exept per 1 expert instead of by tens.Why:-Easier to relpace one lost vet from battle-Makes you feel like your getting somewhere instead of burning 200 experts with nothing to show for it

Everyone but NOOB me... what exactly is "DC"? and (fool that I am) I rarely track specific counts of vets per sailor... I know that "4 sailors have been killed" is likely rookie, and "2 skilled sailors have been killed" is probably experts", now I am worried... what is the message for vet death? Have I been losing them all along and not known it?

I'd prefer having conversion's in any increment from 1 to 10 if i so desired (Or at the very least,1,5 or 10) especially when conversion events come around.But still a good idea nonetheless.
