Katsuragi seams to be a mix of Hiryu and Unryu with 1 additional support slot and has the same Standard Displacement of 17,150t.
Please increase maximum Displacement for Katsuragi from 20,400t to something above 24,400t.

All ECV's are still needing some adjusting,Katsuragi's lack of Displacement is the biggest problem for sure.Expect changes to planespace,turning force and level's.

BIG disapointment!
Lvl too high, plane cap. too small, only 6 gun mounts...
Akagi 1927 is better. And only 2 Lvls away.
I see no point in introducing this ECV. :(
Maybe, only for BB users.

I agree with this. You have my vote. I just got a Katsuragi-class and she's all weird, so little plane space too. And there's like no room for armour, as you said, so I'm totally behind this idea.Also I want the guy who stole my idea for the ship name "Misato" to change theirs so I can have my idea back. XD
