im going down the km cv line and im at my kburg. so im wondering. go into gb with hh on and hope to kill an ss? or go back to blitz and grind my way through? or is there a better way?

Fixed that for you.

Just use AA. You get little/no exp from HH. If you want to help your team though, use HH. Don't expect to be rewarded for it though.

Travel back in time to the middle of march, you could have a bb6 crew if you put some effort into it. Was too lazy myself to really care.
