I believe the option to turn on and off sailors XP at level 60 will add more people to blitzkrieng, which will in turn increase the amount of blitzkriegs which will help new players to level up.
Anyone agree? or is this too much of a stretch?

Because it means ppl will have uber lvl60 BVE crew to farm blitz players
