Comming back to the game and very very rusty. I can drive and shoot fine, its the sailor/crew side of things that I can't remember. I know about nf-guides but those are rather old and I don't know if they still apply. Are there any guides/walkthroughs for setting up crews/sailors??

Thanks guys.
Am I understanding that you want your crew to of a higher level than your BO? I seem to recall that from the last time I played but I am not sure.

yea its always better to hv a crew of higher lvl.
1. support gets less exp. so they often lag behind.
2. some ships (all bb4s i think) need higher lvl gunners to operate.
plus if u want to hv a bb6 u will need a full crew and that doesnt fit in most ships. u will need to rotate ur support and this slows their progress further.

yea lvling 2 bos is a good choice because most nations have at least 2 bb lines. on one hand u can keep ur crew at a higher lvl, on the other u will be able to use all bbs of that nation.
