whats really affect critical dive? cause meh ss3 sometimes cd fast sometimes slow... while other ss3 above cd fast =.= especially after a cd also on sub vs sub

critical dive can only be achieved if you are at 0 speed. Which means that the sub will first try to stop and then attemp to critical dive. If you are critical diving while fully stopped, you will do it faster than if you are moving, at say, 38 knots with OH.

not 100% accurated. You can achieve the critical dive when the indicator is fully on critical dive.  Some nations are fast than others, some subs faster than others. I do believe Bos plays a role in here.

this is where we must differ, i dont think BO does anything. My BO has only 80 vets and can dive fast.

and yes nations affect this, KM is fastest

well, yes he is 115. but it was just as fast at level 97
