Dear Players,

The last days i'm developing a new website named "NF Armory" this website will be equal as Trainworld however it will get much more futures.
NavyField Armory will not only a place where you can find ussefull information it also will provide it's own editable wikipedia sections.
Also i'm planning to make it possible to setup your own harbor, and profile equal to other game's Armory, This website will be build without TNF's support.

For now i'm looking for people that have some knowledge of:

  • Joomla
  • Designing
  • Java programing our other program languages by choice.
  • PHP

Note: this work will be done for free, if your interested send a e-mail to [email protected].

Additional information could be added on any time, if you have any nice ideas feel free to post them.

Update#1: Installing first servers to start the project, forum link will be posted once forums are up.

Update#2: Server is working now and forum installation is done, it can take up to 24 hours that the hole world will be able to reach the development forums, i start creating groups and setting up the categories now.

Update#3: Website: www.nfarmory.co.cc         < will not be the final domain name, only used for public community and developing.

Update#4: The poject planning has been started.


Project at stage 1:

Identify and articulate our idea

The idea of the armory is to make a huge database of ships/sailors/guns and even more, the database should assist newcomers and veteran players in helping making there setups.

Armory Ideas:

- General info on guns/ships/sailors/aircraft's/armor etc.

- Simulating the fitting on a ship and saving those settings to your own Armory account.

- Giving more info on ships like how they where in real world.

- Info about premium items.

Already got a person that will create a NF Calculator inside the new Armory, current status is collecting information and setting up the project website.

My only suggestion would be if you are going to be using substantial information parts from Trainworld that you speak with them first. They've put a lot of work into their site and gathering the information, hate to see it just replicated to another place. That said I doubt they would have any real issue with it.
