USN has four BB2s that are all very different: Colorado, New Mexico (1945), Pennsylvania (1943), Tennessee (1945).

Which one is the best?

Which one is the worst?

Right as much or as little as you want.

yeah if i remembered correctly tenn is 2 knots faster than colo, but only around at-level. fat crew is all the same - 42knots

how fast is the penn? its the only us bb i dont have. and i know new mex can go 44knots with high level crew (since the bb123 patch).
is the penn even faster? O.o i sense a 7th US bo >.<

with high level crew penn slows down to 42.

That said the hitbox stays better on it.

As far as tenn goes, I always felt like it was larger in the middle than colo, but shorter.

It pays those better gun angle by one less bind. And going around with 35 shots at lower level can be a pain, if you run with AP as well.

If you want to run the mini monty setup, its 10 shots.

So if you are to get a 16" users, I like the colo better. And penn is nicer than NM too in my mind.

Also I have to disagree about the NM30 being better than the Guam. Both are different. Sure it got more firepower, but in GBs I much prefer having speed than the extra firepower you have trouble to use at that level.

Especially since Guam do get a lot better in the mid 60s.

NM has more firepower/range than the Guam and the play style is the same.
NM also is a true BB1(although it has BB1.5+ guns) and allows the player time to adjust to a slower ship of the line.

And when you get upper 76 gunners you can land your 12 shells straight in the center of the enemy ship.
(It is so awesome being able to kill 12 ships in one battle. A taste of power really does get people moving)

But the real best part is that the BB1 NM and the BB2 NM share the same spirit, so they will think your worthless...until you blow them to hell.
(BBs just love to taunt people these days...)
