We have had a couple of these types of case recently and some system work has been done on a recovery option for genuine accidents. As such, the policy agreed for these cases is as follows:
1) If a player reports the accidental withdrawal within 3 days we will restore the account.
2) A note will be added to the account that it has been restored.
3) Once an account has been restored, we cannot restore it again until 90 days has passed. It would also be questionable whether a repeat was indeed a genuine mistake.
4) If a player reports the incident more than 3 days after he/she withdrew the account, we will not restore it.
