  • Accidental Account Withdrawals

We have had a couple of these types of case recently and some system work has been done on a recovery option for genuine accidents.   As such, the policy agreed for these cases is as follows:

1)     If a player reports the accidental withdrawal within 3 days we will restore the account.

2)     A note will be added to the account that it has been restored.

3)     Once an account has been restored, we cannot restore it again until 90 days has passed.  It would also be questionable whether a repeat was indeed a genuine mistake.

4)     If a player reports the incident more than 3 days after he/she withdrew the account, we will not restore it.

they dont restore the accs. i reported mine 1 day after it happened by accident and they refused to assist.

I was gone for 2 years to fight cancer and when I returned they said my account was deleted because it was old. Hundreds of dollars spent on ingame items to support the developers didn't mean anything. It wasn't enough money to save a few kb of data that has no effect on the game world if a player is absent for a period of time.

It's still a fun game but I don't want to risk losing time and money again so easily.

Masintra if you send in a ticket they will rstore your acc to the way it was. Once a certain amount of time passes they backup your acc and deelte it off the main server. But thye are more then willing to give your stuff back if you just contact support.

The ticket stated my account was not in the backups and the ticket was closed. I am sure they are good people it is just not the reply I was expecting. I was hoping the account just got misplaced after an upgrade and was backed up somewhere.

I just posted in case someone else had a similar experience and that they might tell me what happened and if anything was resolved.

TBH ive neevr hear dof them "not backing up" someones acc when they were gone for a longer period of time. I can recall countless times were they just simply sent in a ticket and had their stuff put back on the server. Are you sure your using the same acc as before(yes i know a stupid question but hey :P) It just seems od that they somehow didn't back up your acc but yet it got deleted.
