real simple time limit needs to change from current status to 20-25 secs and give a ship time to turn around

ya ya I know alot of threads on this, and yes lets use the watch your ship bullcrap responses, the new borders are not lined, and do not show where the current out of bounds are, in a heated HA battle its very easy to wonder too far, I dont have the issue with the border itself just the time is not enough to turn your ship around and get back into play once the warning has been issued
