I am only leveling the engies atm, to prevend that my crew will become a total failure after the patch. 

I don't understand why they would do such a patch... Almost noone in this game has such crews and the ones who do deserve to have the 2knt increase =')
Let's hope they'll fix the Kaiser during that patch than...

The same reason why peple level soft crew in order to fit 13" deck QV, apparently the majority are doing it, while I only ever see few people doing it.

Well, it is not I am going to mess with it. They will.

I am not going to bother, putting time and effort just to screw few people and then no change real change for the mainstream.
