The lyon guns are 13.4" guns. The Stras guns are 13" guns. But they have more range, and I find that I easily get 100k+ a game with the strasbourg guns rather than the lyon guns. Being lighter does not change it much, as you wont need much armor except .3 belt and some bulge, you will need speed in your strasbourg to stay alive.
