not sure if others are having this, but 
1.
The ENFUN uopdater will not update to  1430. Constant  critical errors version configuration not found. I have started to find that I am having to manually download patchs as the updater is not working...

2. Tried to manually down load the patch, but all I get is 1.429.exe.. Where is 1.430

3. Tried to goto https://navyfieldusa-sdenternet2.ktics.co.kr/Downloads/patch/Patch####.exe to again download the patch manually... Nothing..... 1.429 can be download, but not 1.430.

I didn't see the patch on c-net but it had the game.  so i tried downloading the game latest version and it said 4 hours and kept going up.  Figured i could find better things to do so i quit looking. 

also probably if i had success, how many ppl are on the server?  If everything works there's like enough for two games, one running and one gathering players.  =-)




No, my "Helpful Links" thread in General discussion has 2 alternative downloads.

Mediafire and MEGA.

Both for most should be faster than both the FTP and CNet. 

Turns out i couldn't find better things to do.  Your links were very helpful and easy to follow.  Thanks Norm!

Its weird because I can download the 1430 patch from alternative sites

 

It then says that patch has successfully updated but the ENFUNS has failed to update and I have critical error ... this is after uninstalling and deleting my resistry x 2 , running cc cleaner and checking my internet security settings...

 

wth is going on and why wont ENFUNS work for me?

Not working for me either.  i got the patch loaded with Norm's help but I still get the failed screen.  I'm going to start a new post

Same here. Last night i downloaded the patch and tried to play, server was not answering.

Today (with the same 1430 patch) i get the same "critical error" that i was getting before the patch...

:(

You may have to uninstall and reinstall ENFUNS after installing the manual patch. (Or manually wipe the patch data from the enfuns directory.)





Worst case scenario, I just confirmed the full installer works at least on one of my laptops.

No, its'nt... Im having the same problem here using the Win 7...
