Hi guys im just asking if there is a conversion evnt going on cause i try to convert my experts but all fail.. just want to confirm what really is the sched.. thnx!

399 +10 exp packs from event.. not to mention the load of +100exp,and all the vet packs.. :D

And people complain when they get lots of dead vets.

Anyone with over 200+ vets on their sailors should forfeit the right to complain when their vets die. With such a ratio of vets to experts/recruits, what did you honestly expect ?

That 300% event conversion or anything better than 250% is worth the burning.
