been in alot of GBs today that went the 12 min distance with alot of ships on both sides, this needs to be expanded

1. less exp because not all team attack is being used when alot of ships on both side are left

2. have more ships in GB1 as before needs more time to complete the battle

im sure there are alot more reasons for it, but not quite awake yet, so plz expand GB1s to 20 mins instead of 12 mins
