Well, looking at the existing subs on the ship tree, you can more or less deduce what levels the SS 5 are gonna be.

These are the levels of the current subs, from SS 1 to SS 4.

RN : Lv 37 - Lv 47 - Lv 60 - Lv 75
US : Lv 38 - Lv 48 - Lv 61 - Lv 76
IJN : Lv 38 - Lv 49 - Lv 62 - Lv 77
KM : Lv 37 - Lv 46 - Lv 59 - Lv 74
MN: Lv 38 - Lv 48 - Lv 61 - Lv 76
SN: Lv 39 - Lv 49 - Lv 62 - Lv 77

If you look carefully, you can see a pattern. The SS1 ---> SS2 gap is around 9 to 11 levels, the SS2 ----> SS3 gap is 13 levels, while the SS3 ---> SS4 gap is 15 levels.

If I had to make a guess, the SS4 --->SS5 gap would probably be 17 or 18 levels, which should put the new sets of subs between Lv 91 to 95.

Well, im not sad about the delay, im kinda happy. that gives me time to work in 2 of my 4 active submarines, so i can have 4 ss'5, when they are released.

Yeah, but that announcement is void as they haven't been placed on the servers by SDE...

I think mailman said they would be delayed a week already. Thats one more week we have until more unbalanced, overpowered content hits the main servers.

Obviously this can change quickly, but i think 89 is the target level, because of the new level 89 torp tubes mentioned in another thread.

There is no level 121 only level 120 with full exp... When people say 121 this is what they mean:
