lolz idc if theres negative comments but an item that raises one of your sailors to the same lvl as your bo. costs about 5 USD
each and you can only buy 2 per year. Or more can be dropped during an event.

Relieves excessive grinding of one sailor.
Side effects may include new lvl 120 sailors out on market...meh you can only buy 2 of em.
Doesnt include BO's.

Humberto was mistaken about specific numbers for relative level and experience. I posted correct info and linked to the full chart. Then you had to come in and act like we were too stupid to think of using a lower level ship?

CLEARLY, it was an ignorant oversight on my part. It was certainly not a case of me assuming Humberto didn't need to be told to use a lower level ship if his sailors were too low for the higher level ship.

I fail to see how what I wrote was addressed to you posting the xp penalty value, or even how your post was linked to what humberto said.

I was however obviously addressing it to him. I'll even edit my post to quote him to make it clear.

You rotate your sailors when you level. If you don't well, learn to do it, no ships will take the full extent of your crew before BB6/CV6 (and when they are released) SS6 (hopefully after an SS/ASW balance patch)



L2 fits 14. That aside without rotating or leveling on another means crew will still be short.


Quite aware of that, and so do PCVs.

Remains that until 103 you gotta learn to rotate crews.
