My suggestion is to move anything asking for changes to current ship's/tier's and classes to be moved to the test server forum rather than here.

This is because that is where the changes are made, and it is more actively looked at by the test team leadership.

Keep this suggestion forum for new game modes, new content, events and other suggestions.

Some can, and some will not. As we have seen in this very forum, those that will not just resort to flaming and reporting. They refuse to talk about game balance here and just talk about how much they hate someone, and then go along and break forum rules.
