Removal of PHH would truly bring the need for ASW ships and people would use DC over HH... people like HH for the reload... people dont want to wait 120 sec for HH or around 25 sec when capped (give or take a few sec)
With that the removal of PHH would be nice but if we remove PHH LJ will use that to nerf Subs
Subs Defined are ment to kill something bigger then itself with ease however cant live once spoted due to its weak state.

There is no over way where in the same ship you can pay extra money to quite literally do more damage, and get something that you cannot get intgame for 3.
