I was looking for a new submarine crew, but I realy don't know the difference between the nations. what are the differences between them, etc.

I choose that kind of support, because I use on KM SS4 3 reps, 1 engy, sonar, planesman, torp man. I easly have 40 knots, 900 SD. I just dont understand, why BO and torp (base rep) arent good, and if they were restorer, they were ok?
