HA starting time has set for preparation time.
Since HA has been declared, this week's HA will be starting as last time. (+2 hours)

However, new timetable will be applied to next week's HA as intended.
(New time in the timetable is HA starting time)

as usual .....

discount from the total any fleet leaders inactive for over 12 months (or 6 months or some such)
altho the recent server merger has purged these inactive fleets ... so this step is sorta redundant
also possibly discount any fleets with under 30 members as well (they can't do HA = so why vote?)

Does Olympia have enough people for HA?
I count 17. By your own statement you shouldn't have an opinion on HA times...

fleet dis aside... you need to learn to read a little better .. cuz i never said that .... i said VOTE on it ...
everyone is entitled to an OPINION .. just as everyone has a rear end .. most stink - most deny theirs does
i said that only fleet leaders should have a VOTE on HA times .. (and that they should poll their members)
i also said INACTIVE fleets .. not SMALL fleets ... the olympia tag is actively running around on both servers

oh and BTW which server did you count .. we're on both ...
we also have quite a few who are not listed in the rankings for some reason ?!? .. especially on nebraska
i suspect the rankings has a 'top 10,000 player' cut off limit or some such .. but yeah .. we're currently small

and also where i said that "small fleets should be discounted" as opposed to "discount inactive fleets" ...
