As i think someone mentioned, once your supports are near or at lvl go with the bismark. Its really important to get that experince in a KM playstyle ship before getting to the H39. When played well, the 39 is an amazing ship, when not you will get eaten alive..... So play bismark, or OP2, which in my personal opinion is even more fun to play than eithor bissy or AD.
O2 is a lot of fun to play, but as with AD, has its very own playstyle. A lot more aggressive and damaging for its tier than most KM ships, its widely considered OP, and there are good reasons for it.
Its a ship that got range, speed, spread and firepower. Also quite resilient, for a KM ship at least.
Overall tactics the O2 use are normally found more on USN, MN and UK ships than KM.
