Ok, About to make a BO for km ss.

I want to buy a crew, not make one.
How does it have to look like? Fully bve (but then the weight....)
Or overvetted, how does it have to be classed?

Bo should be classed at ss1-2-3 lvl, will elite engy/rep fit as BO?

Pls help, ty

If you can afford it, try to find a boosted planesman; it's a huge help.
