-EDIT-
Now it won't load dsound. F**k me, this is why I drink.
The DDL: http://www.dllbank.com/zip/m/msvcp60.dll.zip Place it @ System32 folder
The dsound you can install it with playonlinux just slect it in the POL list.
Also make sure wine has a sound driver selected.
The Updater looks ugly seems lie it can't render the framework as it should however you can ignore this.
Also when you try to login and you keep the message DATA file corrupted even after fixing it, you need to Install navyfield on a FAT32 or fat partition after that ad the new drive to the Virtual Disk and in the Confrugration Menu there is a option to run a .exe on that Virtual Disk, then just select NavyField Launcher and you should be fine, you can even use your Windows NavyField installation if you have a DUAL boot Machine and the NTFS drive mounted.
For some reasons the.Data files keep getting corrupt on ext3 partitions even after fixing them.
I just used a USB stick from 4 GB formatted in to FAT32 Installed NF on it and runned it no more data problems.
Still keep in mind the game is crappy coding so far wine can use the GDI as DirectDraw Rendering opengl won't work:( wich makes the game lag on low end systems. however GDI+ should be handle 2D games better because GDI itself was meant for 3D aplications.
The GDI+ will be slowely coming to wine, also some interesting progress =
