i learned last year from a comment on the forum somewhere that you CAN re-buy the ORIGINL ship hull if you have remodeled it into the other hull ... and i tested this on my kitakami .. it did let me but a 2nd kuma hull ... i can't get a 2nd kita remod out of it .. but i do have both a kita and a kuma in the dockyard now .. so it is possible (in theory) in a limited sense ... (think .. KAGA, AKAGI, GRAF ZEP, etc ..) .. but generally speaking NO - you can only have ONE of each ship type (with the limited exception of remodels as mentioned) ...

that argument didn't work for the blitz complaints .. there are no SS in blitz either ...
there have also been suggestions to allow SS in blitz to at least justify HH use there ...
and with the coming SS/bomber plans .. should we lobby to RE-RE-class the IJN hybrids back into 'cv' status ?
(and include the planned carrier sub in the CV classing as well ? .. lol)

UN-NERF the water armor small hit box 'invulnerability' factor ... bring back full torp damage for SS .... let the big bully boy bb drivers suck it up for a while .. the day of BB superiority has come and gone ... fake 'blance' just alienates the serious players as mentioned above ... this game has a core of LOYAL historical followers .. we play for the TACTICS SIMULATION aspect ..... this game does NOT have the wow-cool graphics factor to attract any of the newer generations of gamers ... this game is a walking dinosaur .. and the real core base are those who are in it for the historical aspect (semi-reality is required at least - in order for that group to remain playing) ... as it is right now - this game is becoming more and more 'rigged' to allow for the big BB's to bully anything else in game (and that trait is reflected in the forum trolls and flamers - notice how the worst offenders are the big bb drivers ?) ... they bully cv drivers, they bully ss drivers, they mock and belittle the support ship drivers ... .. .. enough .. .. .. bring back the historical TACTICAL SIMULATION aspect of the game that us old-farts fell in love with ... and that the testeserone poisoned young guns have been ruining in the name of 'balance' (its not 'balance' its been all one-sided nerfing of everything NOT big bb)
the game is losing loyal long term players (and failing to attract new players) mainly because of the gun-club faction here in-game ... big mouths with big guns that blast anyone who dare question their self-bestowed 'god-status' ...
