Im a little concerned with all the annonymity throught this whole premium trade. You don't know who bought your sailors or the admin who performed the transaction. Especially frustrating is when a trade error occurs, as in my case.  Could we be directed to something more specific than simply  "contact Support" when premium trade problems occur?

ur title clearly states: each , but think about how hard it is to complete the trade if it could be possible.

from the moment it starts pending ..no one else can find it .

who is gonna look for sailors in pending?

that a gm needs to edit ur post and un pend it

but release some more anger for selling them for 39 olives .

it is a clear case of first day/trade failure .

and yes it would be bloody nice to have a q&a or and a tutorial about this ( from the first day)

i also think it would be hard to dunno the trade , if the buyer started to lvl them or sold them or dismissed the 2 restores.

take a breath and think, other people got even less than 39 olives from the last event .

What about GM errors?

A sale of mine got cancelled because a "blind" mod was not able to see 1 sailor. And a moderator says GM's contact the seller before cancelling it, but I never got any message from them too.

It was cancelled because a not so competent mod, never saw 1 of the 5 engineers I am selling, when they are beside each other with the radioman in between them. He/she just cancelled the sale without prior notice. Told a mod about this and the mod said GM's contact sellers in case these things happen, but mine was cancelled without it.

The usual I got was "we are sorry"

Sale should be made pending to allow the buyer/seller make space, correct the sale and other things and not just cancel a sale just because a not competent GM never saw 1 of the 5 engineers. (Which is a bit funny since it was the first engineer he will see when you scroll)

I understand your concern, however, Support Ticket is the most direct contact to solve this sort of problems if possible.

The information you seek for is all there, available for GMs. So in case of any questions, the best solution is to talk to them.



For everyone, please be careful when you post trades and try to avoid any confusing situation. If there is any way to make it simple for GMs, please do so. It will be for your own benefit.
