I might get an EBB for the event. Any idea what kind of guns the maryland mounts? 
What is the dif between the EBBs for the us and the other nations..

i cant find any info in other guides, so anything you can do to help would be great!

hmm. i havent seen anyone get the maryland up to 42 knots with the "regular" setup.

42 is very attainable.
120 might be too fat but a monty crew will do the job.
might just need to ditch a couple of reps later on.
