 Red outlined box surrounding spawn, such as in the mission room, where you can not fire for the first 5-10secs of the battle.
 
Cuts down on a whole bunch of dummies apologizing.

based on that picture your saying what ozzy0 is saying is wrong? its very easy not to teamkill someone at the start if u actually look before you shoot..... hint: cross guidelines- look at ship - fire .....

No, because when you have to fire a long distance, you want to be still to get your marking rounds out. So suddenly after ten seconds, then ships will stop moving? No, the issue here is that ultimately the safety of your ship depends upon the driver. This has nothing to do with hating, you just don't get the dynamics of why your idea isn't feasible. Not only that, it would be just one more coding change to slow the game down in exchange for nothing.
