How do you expect a CV to be shooting down enemy fighters fighters camping over your BBs and being over the enemy BBs providing vision at the same time? So you see a wave of DBs while your scouting for vision. Do you drive away and shoot down the DBs or do you stay and provide sight? This is just a typical example of a player that wants everything.

These statements are very ironic, because you talk about teamwork. I don't see any mention in here of two things. How does a BB assist the CV with scouting duties? Do you realize that scouts have a further sight range than fighters? Its a lot easier for a scout to stay out of AA range and provide sight than a fighter. Also, now that you bring up the topic of "teamwork" what does a CV get out of it? Crap XP. So your solution is that the CVs aren't team players because they don't sacrifice their own gain so that in return you can maximize yours? Isn't that a bit selfish? "Teamwork" is ALL players being a team, not one group of players demanding something from others.

Yea, so the Yorktown and the Hiryu that joined the game and have either T2s or Locals is going to provide sight. Their fighters are almost useless, they die in droves. The best thing that they can do is either kill AA ships or enemy carriers. This way, there are less plane killing ships and your scouts have a better chance of survival. By your reasoning, anything less than a CV4 or CV5 shouldn't even join the game, because regardless if they have fighters or bombers, they aren't giving sight. Is that teamwork?
I have another idea, lets ban Kitnas! After all, most of the ships in GBs have massing amounts of bulge and the torps don't kill anyone. If all the kitnas were gone then there would be more AA ships and then the team would win more. That idea makes no more sense then stopping CVs from bombing. Its part of the game.
At the end of a balanced GB fight when most of the BBs have killed each other its usually a CV that bombs the last couple BBs and CVs and wins the game. It's a mistake to call any one not a team player just because their style of play doesn't correspond with what you like.
