If it could be done it would be good to get rid of the exp penalty that occurs when small ships run over you in the heat of big gun fights and get TK's while you are firing at enemy BB's. That and the exp penalty for your escort are all that I would want to see gone. I do realise that the ability for the game to diffentriate between the two is probably impossible.

Honnestly it would make things better for the new player as when we lose exp in a game because they make a mistake like that they sometimes get alot of negative feedback for it. If the exp penalty were not there then they would see something more like "Sorry little guy, try to be more careful" instead of the words they get now when it happens.

I would not want to see people running around intentionally TK'ing their teammates. Do you honestly think that is what I wanted?
