uhmm few problems though, it doesnt include new Nations. 

Well yes, unfortunately, the last version was published before Russia and Italy came out.

I know you're good in software engineering, norm - would it be easier to write a new piece of software rather than adding the missing nations into this existing programme?

NFcalc's "simulator" function was indispensable for me when planning and levelling my late-classed KM supports.

I don't have the original source code, so writing it from scratch is signifcantly easier than decompiling, reverse engineering varibles and updating the existing.

I'll take a look to see if I can update the original, otherwise, I'll play around with the simulator function and see if I can replicate it.

I did manage to find it appears to have been coded in Visual Studio 2005.
