Angus' guide seems to be outdated.

Turning force for Kronstadt on NF website is put as 18, compared to 21 on Angus' guide, which means turning force for Kronstadt is even worse than IM (at 19). could anyone confirm this for me?

18 is the correct turning force for the Kronshtadt.

Either SDE changed it in a patch I didn't notice, or I failed :(

I'll get it updated soon with the next patch.

But the NF website also says you can choose either BB3 regardless of which BB2 you pick, which is incorrect.

Untill next patch, IM is way OP.

after patch.. i'd say kronstadh... because SDE has a habbit of overdoing nerfs :P
