Which is better? 
Well, I've took the South Dakota.
But have I done the right thing? North carolina has more gunspace, which means more firepower.
But South Dakota (sodak) has more speed.

Was it really worth the sodak?

Speed is life, you can put on Armour. then your slow....
I go 27/44 speed for 45 sec OH time, fast enough to manuevre and dodge, when u pop smoke u can shoot n dodge

45 sec too low? btw i can go 46 or 48 knts with arm off.

I mean the engineer ability needed to speedcap it would give way more than 40 sec of OH. unless its a single 300 vets engy. (and even then)

Especially since OH time stack and OH speed doesn't directly.
